Wildlife pond restoration with a deep filled bog area
Location: Matlock, Derbyshire
This wildlife pond was in need of restoration. A new liner and a change of margins provided a new space for amphibians and birds to thrive. Built on a very slight slope meant that the pond tilted into a bog area behind large rocks. The customer was keen to plant the pond however I gave them details of whats best to plant in certain areas.
