This garden was originally all lawn. Now completely transformed into a wildlife garden with a wildlife pond, rockery, trellis and archways. Many features have been used in a small area to maximize diversity and to provide a thriving habitat. Diverse planting along with trees and a wildflower meadow finish off the garden. Different shaped beds were used to create flow and interest. Also a makeshift bench was created out of reclaimed bricks from digging out the pond and a wildlife mound in the corner was created. Slate was used in and around the pond to match with window frames and house roof. The client was very happy with the results.
